Un alumno no puede acceder desde un país diferente al del anfitrión

Alguien sabe qué puede pasar para que un alumno no pueda entrar desde Bélgica a una reunión de la que soy anfitrión desde España? Anteriormente no he tenido problema y han accedido alumnos desde Japón , Canada, Mexico, Alemania ... Pero no se por qué...
