I am using Zoom with Poly X50 and the wireless proximity sharing does not work

the wireless proximity sharing does not work with Poly system, it asks for a sharing key or a meeting ID each timeThe feature fails for the whole organization and we did not do any network changes lately, it just stopped working since last Tuesday.
