User Activity

My mentor today told me that we have access to 1080 HD video recording but that we need to have turned on for us. How do I go about getting access? I attempted to get answers from the agent but got no where.
My recording email has come through but which clicking the link, it says recording not available. Any ideas? I was missing all of my recordings an hour ago. Wondering if there is a more global issue?Thanks!
