Stopping and Restarting the recording of a several hour-long meeting

I have a single Zoom conference bridge scheduled for 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. My plan is to stop the recording (but not the meeting) after individual sessions and restart the recording for the next session.Will Zoom be able to convert that many recordings...
