I teach online through zoom and when I share the screen with the student, it takes forever to load and when I change pages of the lesson, it takes very long to load on the students side. PLS HELP

I don't know what else to do now, I've googled, youtubed, gotten other advice. I am at a loss and I am going to lose this job and I desperately need it.Zoom is pathetic, the basic plan I have doesn't get you help from zoom

My zoom lags, I have lessons open already and when I change the page of the lesson it takes forever to load on the student's side. I can't chat to anyone cos my account is not the pro, which I find really pathetic.
