Large meetings with attendees on video

We need attendees to have their cameras on for credit during a training. We may have more than 500 attendees. I spoke with a chat support person and they said that, yes, that will be possible. However, the screen shot below seems to suggest otherwise...

Old webinars and meetings are missing

I wanted to go back to an old webinar to see the email settings, but there is nothing older than 4 months showing up. Do old ones get deleted? How can I find them?
