Distortion of video at times. The members tell me to turn off my video

Once the week of 1/15/23 and twice the week of 1/22/23 my video was distorted why. I was using a desktop each time. Everyone could hear me but there were colored lines moving up and down. I had to turn off my video. How can I fix this?
