I have the latest version of the zoom app, A Win 10 i7 computer, backgrounds turned on and no options to use or burr my background - how do I troubleshoot this?

When you log into your account and look at your profile does it say BASIC? If so you may not be logged into your pro account. The 40 min limit only applies to basic accounts. Try logging out and then back in again.

Did you fix this? Is background turned on? (Settings - Meetings - Advanced - Virtual background)
