Hi,does it still work for you if you stop zoom and restart it?When I tried the solution from jpeterrj, this was working for the first zoom usage but not for the other ones after that.

same issue as Mark_B and others with DELL inspiron 16Dell support said that is none of their business.Uninstall ZOOM with "uninstall" exe + reinstall does not change anything.Only music and high-pitched sound are filtered
