Recovering local recordings after my computer has been deleted

Hello, I am trying to recover few local recordings from September 5th, 2022. My computer was deleted in ASUS laboratory and a new OS was installed above. Is there any way to get back my recordings from Zoom company ? As a free user I will glad to pay...
