All inbound calls go directly to voicemail and the voicemail message keeps repeating. I cant receive inbound calls and clients cant leave a message. Very frustrating.

Thanks Craig. I guess Zoom may not be the right solution for me. I just can't figure out how to Unbind or make this work. I do wish the person I spoke with would have advised me that this isn't the best "one line" solution.

I only have one line and one extension (800). The auto attendant is extension 801.

Ray, thanks for your help with the community. I've tried all of the fixes and still can't get my inbound calls. They automatically go to voicemail. I can make outbound calls though. Any help is appreciated. Thx, Ed

On profile, correct # appears as company number but not "Direct number". Not sure if that's an issue so I tried to add the number. For some reason, sms's (or inbound calls) are not coming in to my zoom line. I did look at your attachment and I'm look...

Thx, Have done that. Business hours set at 24/7, for admin. and user (single user). Call handling set at 24/7 as well.
