Can I stop Zoom VDI from lowering video frame rate when SVBs are used?

Using a 10zig terminal with the Zoom plugin embedded into it. It only utilizes 32% of the 10zigs CPU when the SVB is enabled. But a warning appears in Zoom indicating it reduced the frame rate to reduce the CPU load. I don't want it to. I want it to ...
