Known for my ability to explain today's technology in a concise yet patient way, I have specialized in technology training for over 30 years. After 8 years of conducting systems training for corporate America, I started PCMAC Technology, training people from industries all over the globe how to use and experience technology by learning application usability. As an international Zoom instructor, I have trained thousands of people on how to connect, teach and manage business in a virtual world. While I deal mostly with training staff in group sessions, I am often requested to work with individuals in one-on-one settings as well and I'm proud to say that much of my business comes from previous clients who have found my style of teaching practical, focused and unhurried.
