Please help : don't have Annotate tools when I share screen with Iphone

I use zoom application in my iphone12pro max with IOS 16my zoom application is up to date , when I use and try to share my iphone screen on zoomno annotate tools pop up to use it but if share photo , file in google drive it will appear annotate tools...
