No puedo entrar a canales

Hola buenas, necesito entrar a un canal, pero al buscar el canal en "unirse a un canal" no me sale, no me aparece ningun canal, y me indica "No hay salas publicas a las que unirse", ya busque en todas partes soluciones y no me salen, si me pueden ayu...
