cannot find audio profile in my Zoom Pro account settings for adjusting to live music performance

I have viewed several videos with this question and they all point to accessing my audio profile under settings. I don't see/have it. Only options I appear to have are Telephone audio and Computer audio. That's the extent of my audio settings. Right ...
