Embedded videos in Ppt don't play when using presentation as virtual background.

When using a Power Point Presentation as my virtual background the embedded videos and/or animations don't run. I've verified the videos meet the Zoom requirements and even removed animations to simplify, but still no joy..... any ideas what I'm miss...
