Hub in the Zoom desktop client is showing recordings for participants of my meetings who were in attendance. How can I stop those recordings from being available there?

Sorry for the late reply. This is not a Zoom feature; rather, it’s a macOS feature. You won’t see the green Video menu unless you’re running macOS Sonoma or later. Also, it won’t appear until your camera is actually being used.

This doesn’t seem to do the trick, since I have the “join from your browser” link option disabled and I still periodically have fireflies.AI show up?

No, that is not the solution the OP is looking for. Schedule is a feature that allows the user to create a meeting. Calendar in that context allows that event to sync to the user's calendar. iCal would be the appropriate choice for a Mac user. Howeve...
