How to do you set a Zoom Webinar to start at 11:15am?

Hello, I'm trying to set a webinar with a start time of 11:15am and it keep auto correcting to 11am - is it possible to set a webinar to 11:15am please or is it only 11am, 11:30am etc?Thank you!
