In the email "Zoomtopia 2022 Registration Confirmed" you are supposed the have a couple of links to Hilton and Marriot.This is what I got as soon as the registration was confirmed. Luca

I guess you are not using a Green Screen, so you need to disable the green screen option in the lower part of the setting (as per you screenshot).
