Can a basic account be in a Plan Pro?

I have a Plan Pro. But according to Zoom , my account is Basic and all my meetings stop after 40 minutes. I don't understand what is happening.

Buenas tardes No sé cuál es la diferencia entre perfil y perfil de cuenta. En Zoom dice que tengo perfil básico pero estoy en el Plan Pro. Entonces, ¿por qué teniendo un plan de cuenta pagado, mis reuniones solamente duran 40 minutos?
