New to ZOOM phone and trying not to completely HATE it- Need help

I cannot get this to work. There was no set up help from Zoom and you can't get them on the phone. I hate that auto receptionist crap that traps my callers with every incoming call. I hate the extension options, we don't have extensions in my office....
