Thanks, but why does it regularly fail on the hour or half hour (regardless of the time we start the meeting?) It happens on at least two different laptops. Could look at a different USB cable but it seems odd that it's such a specific time.

We used the audio setting "Original sound for musicians" which resolved this for us.

We had exactly the same thing starting last Sunday, we couldn't hear the organ or singing, but the spoken word was fine.

We have just started seeing this problem in our zoomed church services. The spoken word is fine, but the music is just not being picked up.

Also having similar problems zooming church services which have been absolutely fine up until recently. Speech is fine but music just isn't picked up.
