When given the Scheduling Privileges of another person's account, it'd be extremely helpful to access Usage Reports on their meetings too. And, it's unreasonable to think that an acceptable workaround is to make employees admins at a 500-1000-person ...

Please add a "make a co-admin of the event" button and allow you to add 1-2 other people to be admins of a Zoom Meeting.
