Zoom not upgrades and avoid to use it NOT ZOOM AT ALL WITH NEW OBLIGATED UPGRADE

I notices how with every upgrade Zoom gets heavier and more complicated. But with last obligated upgrade is the top. I get an 10003 error. Ok, I INSTALLED ALL MY WINDOWS 7 JUSTO FOR THIS ZOOM PROBLEM...and now....STILL NO ZOOM UPGRADE....now the reas...
