I have a link in an email stating my recording on April 22nd was successful and then when I log in to view it, it does not exist! HELP!!

I had the same thing happen to me. A co-worker advised me to look in my deleted folder and lo and behold, there it was! Try that.. and click on recover. Good luck!

My recording does not show up in my recording list on either the cloud nor the computer. I followed the link to view the recording and I get an error message, "This recording does not exist. (3,301)". This was recorded less than a week ago.
