There may be a lot of reasons why that is happening, but you can try
reinstalling your Zoom desktop application and see if that will resolve
your concern.Also, if you have an extra external camera try using it and
see how it goes.
If your 'Delete cloud recordings after a specified number of days' is
turned off on your Settings > Recordings, then any cloud recording will
be permanently stored on your Zoom account.Here is the Zoom support
