camera picture is dropping into black and white and enlarged picture

Hi All, my Zoom on laptop started dropping the picture within 1 minute of meeting. The picture enlarges to just a portion of my face and becomes black and white and fuzzy. Any ideas of how to troubleshoot? I have tried uninstalling, restarting and re...
