Paid Webinar Account but Asked to Upgrade From Free

I have a paid webinar account (monthly) but the webinar page shows a warning at the top: "Your free trial will expire in 5 days and you will lose your scheduled webinars and relevant reports. Upgrade now to a paid plan to keep using webinar features....
