Start meeting with no audio, end meeting, start again, I have audio

Everytime for the last month or so, when I start a scheduled meeting, the other participant cannot hear me, nor can I hear them. I end the meeting, start it again, the other participant joins, and we have audio. This has happened every single time. C...
