Hi all, As an admin I can search for an upcoming event by meeting ID under Reports; however, this doesn't work for recurring meetings. Is there a way I can find those? My specific problem is that I need to find the owner of two recurring meetings so ...

See my note above--sometimes you have to trick the Zoom app into seeing the meeting files. It's also possible to right click the files and tell Windows to open them with the conversion utility, but I've forgotten the program name.

There are a couple of solutions we have in our Zoom wiki: To manually convert a .zoom file, right-click the file, open with "C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\bin\zTscoder.exe" If the above steps do not work, try these;Sign into the Zoom desktop client....

@Ray_Harwood yup--I noticed this because Zoom put a big happy NEW balloon above the Polls feature. I passed it along to some of my users who do a lot of education sessions with polls.

Just looking at this issue, and discovered that Zoom now allows more than ten polls to be saved; however, only ten can be active at any given time. Changing the active polls is done by going to the Polls tab under Meetings and clicking the blue slide...
