Webinar Follow-Up Email to Attendees More than 7 days post webinar

Hi, I am looking to send a follow up email to webinar attendees but it has been more than 7 days since the webinar ending. If i schedule the email for '1 day post webinar' will it not send at all or will it send immediately to the webinar attendees?
