Where has the Dual Monitor switch gone?

I'm using the current version as of today (6.5.7), but I'm at a loss to know where the Use Dual Monitors switch has disappeared to? I know it got moved a few versions back from the General tab into the Meetings & Webinars one, but I can't find it any...

Shuffling Breakout Rooms

I can't seem to find a definitive answer to this one! When you assign breakout rooms, is there any way (after a set time or on a host control) that the participants can be randomly shuffled around without closing them all down and reopening them?
