I am the Executive Assistant to the CEO and I need to access his account to schedule the various meetings he hosts on Zoom. What is the process to Assign Scheduling Privileges on his behalf using his zoom account?

Universal Time being used instead of Pacific Time

My account is set to Pacific Time and I have participants across multiple time zones. When I send out meeting invites it shows up as (UTC) Coordinated Universal Time for participants. What can I do to correct this? Thank you
