I can no longer use "Record on this Computer" I have ample room on my hard drive.When I press "Record on this Computer", the settings window always appears, but I cannot record.Help!!! Please Yitzhak

Wow, this sounds really annoying.Try uninstalling totally and reinstalling.Let us know if that helps,Good luck!!

I managed to find the solution with the help of a Zoom support expert.I just changed the path of where to put the recordings, and then it started working.My guess is that there was some problem with the default path.
