see attached error message. What is going on? I have a 'pro' account...it won't allow me to go to the Zoom support page to view the 'documents'...
I purchased a Zoom license using my personal email address. I have another email address that I'd like to add but when I do, it tells me that it can only be given the 'basic' status. I thought I had purchased 5 licenses?
