We have 3 licenses under my name. I want to transfer one to another employee. How do I do that?

As noted above, i set up all the licenses for our company, so they are all under my name. Our new HR director needs one that is not attached to me for privacy reasons. Do I need to cancel one of mine and have him sign in for one?
