ウェビナーの登録を必須にした場合、登録用のURLが発行され、そのURL上で登録フォームを公開することができ、さらに独自の設問を設定することができますが、その回答をリスト（例えばCSV）で取り出す方法がありますか？ 参加者リストの「参加者名」をクリックするれば、個別の回答内容は閲覧できますが、回答がリストになったものを入手できない、と認識しています。ご存じの方がいれば、ご教示ください。
