Can't receive calls, everything goes to voicemail

After a terrible ordeal with porting my number, it is finally completed. But all calls go straight to voicemail. I cannot figure out from the chat or instructions how to receive calls. Ideally, I'd like all call to forward to my cell phone to answer ...
