Custom Start Times for Meetings in Scheduler

I see that this has been an issue in the past. I need to set a schedule for appointments with customized start time (like 1:55 p.m. or 9:05 a.m.) but when I input that time using the Scheduler, it changes back to 9:00 a.m. What am I missing? I've tri...
