What happened during Day 1 of Zoomtopia? 🐋

Day 1 of Zoomtopia 2021 is in the books, and we hope you enjoyed exploring The Imaginarium! A lot of exciting announcements were shared:

Platform Updates 🆕

We announced exciting new features and solutions to enable continuous collaboration, connect workstreams, and engage your communities. These include the new Zoom widget, Zoom Events Conference, hot desking options, Smart Gallery enhancements, expanded live translation and live transcription, the Zoom Phone Provider Exchange, Video Mail, new tools for developers, expanded Zoom Apps, and new security enhancements, like a Bring Your Own Key offering and verified profile information!

Zoom Whiteboard ✍️

We announced an all-new whiteboard experience, so you can connect and collaborate on any device without being in a meeting. We also announced an exciting new integration that will bring Zoom Meetings and Zoom Whiteboard into an immersive VR experience.

Zoom Video Engagement Center 🤝

We announced this easy-to-use, cloud-based solution that extends traditional contact center capabilities using video to provide your customers with a unique and interactive support experience.

Innovation Awards 💫

Eight organizations were celebrated with Zoomtopia Innovation Awards for creatively using Zoom over the past year.

Delivering Hope Awards 🫂

Several Zoom customers earned awards for keeping people safe, curtailing the spread of COVID-19, and delivering hope when we needed it the most.

Zoom Cares 💙

Our recent social impact efforts have focused on helping youth mental health. We shared how we donated a total of $2 million to several organizations striving to improve the well-being of young people.
