従業員の方に見ていただけないかと思い、投稿させていただきます。先日、スマートフォンの初期化をした際、誤ってAuthenticationアプリの移行を忘れて初期化してしまいました。問題のzoomアカウントには二段階認証を設定しており、その情報を削除してしまったため、サインインできない状態になってしまいました。かなり前に作成したアカウントのため、バックアップコードもどこにあるかわかりません。zoomでは顧客対応は有料プランに入っていないとできないそうですが、サインインができないのでこれもできません。アカウントをもう1個作ることはできますが、このままサインインできない問題と情報をzoomに残し続けることはしたくありません。解決方法はありませんか?

投稿の後、自分で解決方法を探していたところ、ZOOMに登録していたメールアドレスがoutlookだったのでMicrosoftアカウント経由でZOOMアカウントにログインすることができました。この投稿をご覧いただき解決方法を提案しようとしてくれていた方々には申し訳ないです。
二段階認証のコードとバックアップコードを控えておかなかった私が悪いのですが、無料ユーザーにはカスタマーサポートがないのが微妙で不安を感じました。
