@Jay_Tee  Sounds interesting but I have a few questions here.

    1) will it work even i am not the host of the meeting or just a participant in the MS teams or Gmeet?

    2) will it work independently as a separate participant with the name zoom AI companion or it will be link with our Ms teams or Gmeet account only? means when we invite the zoom AI companion to the meeting does host of the meeting will see this in the participant list?

    3) will it going to give me a summary even if i did join the meeting?

    4) Does host of the meeting has a right to remove zoom Companion from the participant list?

@AK-Jiostar Thanks for asking some great questions. Happy to answer all of them. Sharing below our responses:
    1) Yes it works depending on the setting you have chosen. (Refer screenshot)

    2) The AI Companion will join individually in a Google Meet or MS Teams meeting linked to your Zoom account. The summary and transcripts will also be available on your Zoom portal. An important point to note here is that the calendar sync must be completed before inviting AI Companion to meetings

    3) Yes, the summary will be made available if you allow AI Companion to join meetings automatically; without the requirement for the user to join.
    4) This will depend on on the host settings on MS Teams and Google meet. While in an active meeting as a Zoom user, you can go to the active meeting card, click the Invite AI Companion toggle to enable or disable the assistant.

Note: The assistant will immediately leave the meeting when the Invite AI Companion toggle is disabled and will not rejoin unless the Invite AI Companion toggle is re-enabled.

To keep hosts and participants informed about the AI Companion joining the meetings, you can use Pre-meeting email notification check box to send an email notification to the meeting host and/or participants 10 minutes before the meeting starts.
