Dear Sir or Madam,

I am extremely dissatisfied with the Zoom service and am considering cancelling my subscription.

The reasons are as follows:

  1. You charged me for a Large Meeting service that was not used, in the amount of EUR 197.49. After receiving an unfavorable response from the first-level support regarding my complaint and refund request, I escalated the issue to a higher level. I then received a positive response confirming that a refund of EUR 137 would be issued:

"We’ve also processed a refund of 137 EUR to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your account."

However, instead of issuing the refund of EUR 137, Zoom charged me an additional EUR 137 on March 28, 2026.

We urgently request a full refund in the total amount of EUR 334.49.
