SMS feature unexpectedly stopped working three weeks ago / still waiting for assistance with it

For over two years, I was able to use my organization's Zoom SMS feature. All of a sudden, I started having issues with being able to send any text messages three weeks ago. I imagine it is also affecting my ability to receive messages as well. My or...
