Automatically Start Participants Meetings

I have a scenario in which I will scheduled a zoom meeting and then send participants a link of a zoom meeting. For suppose meeting is scheduled for 09:00 pm and I as a host start that meeting. But for some reason 2 persons can not join that meeting....
