I pay for Pro but am getting kicked out at 40 minutes in a free account

How do I access the account that I'm paying for? It was SOOOO embarrassing today when a new client and I got kicked off Zoom today. What am I paying for if I'm only accessing the free account but I'm paying for Pro each month?!?
