I contacted Zoom this morning saying I wished to cancel my subscription. The steps suggested byZoomthat

I got cut off before I could complete that. The steps that Zoom suggested for cancellation did not correspond to what I was seeing on my computer - the options didn't match, and I couldn't cancel. And now it has auto-renewed. I am pretty disgusted.
