Colleague Getting Consistently Logged out of Zoom

I have a colleague who uses Zoom on her Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet, Her Phone and Her Work Desktop. She is consistently receiving the attached error message. Any ideas on why she is continuing to be logged out? Thanks, David Clarke

Hello. Whenever someone sends me a meeting in outlook and I do not accept it, but it remains on my calendar as tentative, my Zoom presence updates to, "In a Calendar Event", however my Outlook Status shows me as available. How do I get these to match...
