No this is not possible in Zoom Phone Auto Receptionist. ZP ARs can only route callers to any extension, phone number , voicemail and a message and thats all.

You need to have a DID(Direct number) assigned to you for you to be able to use SMS. Additionally, please check with your account admin if they already completed 10DLC registration for the entire account so SMS can be used by users in the account.

Please make sure the line keys and position of desk phone is updated with the correct caller ID to call out. Modifying Line Keys and Positions of a Deskphone here's a document that you ca refer to on how to update it.
